First steps on the platform

This guide will help you get started quickly on Skill Factory EAD, whether you are a student, teacher, or administrator.

Step 1: Log in

Email and password login

  1. Access the platform through the link provided by your institution
  2. Enter your registered email
  3. Type your password
  4. Click Log in
On your first login, you may need to reset your password if it was created by the administrator

Step 2: Explore your dashboard

After logging in, you will be directed to your area based on your role:

Your student dashboard

You will see:
  • Enrolled courses - Quick access to your courses
  • Overall progress - How much you have completed
  • Next lessons - Continue where you left off
  • Ranking - Your position among students
  • Achievements - Badges and points earned

Explore your courses

Click “My Courses” in the sidebar to see all available courses

Watch a lesson

Choose a course and click the first lesson to start

Test your knowledge

After watching lessons, take the available quizzes

Use the AI chat

Ask questions using the smart assistant

Allow browser notifications to receive alerts about:

  • Unlocked achievements
The platform is responsive and works on:
  • Desktop and laptop
  • Smartphones (iOS and Android)
  • Tablets
You can install it as an app on your phone for quick access.
Prefer dark or light mode? Configure it in your profile settings for a more comfortable experience.
Navigate faster with keyboard shortcuts:
  • Esc - Close modals and dialogs
  • Ctrl/Cmd + K - Quick search (when available)
  • Arrow keys ← → - Navigate between lessons
