Your certificates

Upon completing courses on the platform, you can receive digital certificates that prove your learning and dedication.

How certification works

Requirements to obtain a certificate

To receive a certificate for a course, you generally need to:
1

Complete all lessons

Watch 100% of the course lessons
  • Each lesson must be marked as completed
  • Videos must be watched to the end
2

Pass required quizzes

Achieve the minimum score on quizzes
  • Example: Minimum score of 70%
  • All required quizzes must be passed
3

Fulfill additional requirements (if any)

Some courses may require:
  • Minimum community participation
  • Project/assignment submissions
  • Final assessment
  • Attendance in live classes
4

Await release

After fulfilling all requirements:
  • Certificate may be generated automatically
  • Or the instructor may need to release it manually
Specific requirements vary by course. Always check the course page for certification details.

Every certificate has a unique code:

Requesting a duplicate

If you lost the certificate:

Digital certificates can be downloaded unlimited times

  • Check if you actually completed the course
  • Verify you met all requirements
  • Contact support or the instructor
Digital certificates do not require a duplicate request — you can download them whenever you need!

Certificate validity

Digital certificates

  • Indefinite validity (generally)
  • Verification code works permanently
  • Can be validated at any time
  • Institution maintains the record

Special cases

Some courses may have:
  • Certificates with expiration (example: 2 years)
  • Recertification required (technical courses)
  • Mandatory update (content changes)
Always check the course description for information about certificate validity.

Common problems

Checks:

  4. Does the instructor need to approve manually?
Solution:
  • Go to the course page and check “Certification progress”
