AI Assistant

The platform features an artificial intelligence assistant that helps you study more efficiently. The assistant understands your lesson content and offers personalized help across various areas of the platform.

What the AI can do

  • Answer questions about lesson content
  • Generate automatic flashcards for review
  • Explain questions you got wrong on practice exams
  • Create personalized study plans
  • Generate questions for teachers
  • Analyze metrics and generate insights for administrators
  • Help create content in the text editor

For students

Assistant within lessons

Inside each lesson, a floating button in the bottom-right corner opens the assistant. It automatically understands the lesson content (text and video transcript).
  • Suggested quick prompts — “Summarize this lesson”, “What are the main points?”, “Explain it simply”
  • Free questions — Type any question about the lesson content
  • Continuous conversation — Ask follow-up questions in the same chat
  • Formatted responses — With code highlighting, lists and rich formatting

Automatic flashcards

Study flashcards are automatically generated from each lesson’s content:
1

Click the flashcards button

Above the assistant button, a card icon indicates flashcards are available.
2

Study the cards

Each card has a question on the front and the answer on the back. Click to flip.
3

Navigate and review

Use previous/next to navigate. Each card shows difficulty level (easy, medium, hard).
4

Earn points

After reviewing all flashcards, you earn +5 gamification points automatically.
Flashcards are generated once per lesson and available to all students. Great for reviewing before practice exams!

Smart question explanation

When you answer a question incorrectly on a quiz or practice exam, an “Explain” button appears. The AI analyzes:
  • The question statement
  • The answer you chose
  • The correct answer
  • The teacher’s feedback (if any)
And provides an educational explanation of why your answer is wrong and why the correct one is right.

Personalized study plan

The AI can generate a personalized weekly study plan based on your progress and skills that need reinforcement:
  • Daily recommended activities — Which lessons to watch, reviews and practice exams
  • Time estimates for each activity
  • Prioritization — Focus on areas with the greatest need for improvement
  • Personalized motivational tips

Goal suggestions

When gamification is active, the AI can suggest personalized weekly goals based on your activity history and study patterns.

General platform assistant

A floating assistant button is available across various platform areas. It’s contextual — it understands which page you’re on:
  • Course editor — Help creating modules, lessons and content
  • Dashboard — Interpret metrics and suggest actions
  • Members — Help with user administration
  • Classes — Help organizing classes
  • Certificates — Help with templates and issuance
  • Gamification — Analyze rankings and engagement
The assistant maintains conversation history and can remember your preferences.

For teachers

AI-powered question generation

When creating quizzes or practice exams, teachers can use AI to generate questions:
1

Open the question editor

In the quiz or practice exam editor, use the AI generation button.
2

AI analyzes the content

The system uses the lesson content (text and video transcript) as a base to generate relevant questions.
3

Review and edit

Questions appear in real time. Edit, request variations or more questions.
4

Add to the exam

Add approved questions directly.

Smart correction for open-ended answers

For practice exams with open-ended questions, AI can help with grading:
  • Analyzes the student’s answer compared to the expected response
  • Suggests a grade and automatic feedback
  • The teacher reviews and adjusts before confirming
  • Significantly speeds up the grading process

AI in the content editor

Teachers can use AI directly in the text editor when creating lessons:
  • Generate text — Expand, summarize or adjust content tone
  • Improve writing — Fix grammar and improve clarity
  • Translate — Translate content sections
  • Insert blocks — Contextual content suggestions
Use the / command in the editor to quickly access AI options.

For administrators

Dashboard insights

On the admin dashboard, the insights panel analyzes platform metrics and generates:
  • General summary of the situation
  • Positive highlights — What’s going well
  • Attention points — Areas needing care
  • At-risk students — With intervention suggestions
  • Recommendations — Data-driven practical actions
Insights are updated every 24 hours. Use the “Refresh” button for an immediate analysis.

Proactive alerts

The AI generates automatic alerts when it detects situations that deserve attention, such as engagement drops or students at risk of dropping out.

AI credits

Assistant usage is controlled by a credit system:
  • Each platform has a monthly credit limit included in the plan
  • Additional credits can be purchased in packages that don’t expire
  • Consumption is tracked and visible to administrators at Admin → Billing
  • When credits run out, the assistant is paused until the next cycle or additional purchase
To buy extra credits, administrators can go to Admin → Billing → AI Credits.
