The platform organizes all educational content into structured courses. Here you learn how to access and navigate through courses.

Accessing the course list

Open the courses menu

Click on My Courses in the sidebar menu

View all courses

Complete list of courses you are enrolled in

View types

Course list

You can view courses in different formats:
Card view
  • Large course thumbnail
  • Title and short description
  • Visual progress bar
  • Responsible instructor
  • Number of lessons and modules
  • “Continue” or “Start” button
Ideal for seeing images and quickly identifying courses.
Switch between modes using the icons at the top of the page (grid/list)

Filter courses

Organize your courses using filters:
  • All - Displays all courses
  • In progress - Courses you started but have not completed
  • Not started - Courses you have not started yet
  • Completed - Courses that are 100% complete
  • Favorites - Courses marked as favorites

Search courses

Use the search bar to find:
  • Course name
  • Keywords in the description
  • Instructor name
  • Course tags
Example: "JavaScript", "Marketing", "Prof. Silva"

Sort courses

Sort by:
  • Recent - Last accessed appear first
  • Name (A-Z) - Alphabetical order
  • Progress - From lowest to highest progress
  • Enrollment date - Oldest or newest

Course card

Each course displays the following information:

Main information

  • Thumbnail - Course cover image
  • Title - Full course name
  • Short description - Summary of what you will learn
  • Instructor - Instructor name and photo

Metrics

  • Progress - Visual bar showing completion %
  • Modules - Number of modules in the course
  • Lessons - Total available lessons
  • Duration - Estimated time to completion
  • Quizzes - Number of assessments

Status and badges

  • Completed - Course 100% complete
  • In progress - You have already started
  • New - Recently added
  • Favorite - Marked as favorite
  • Deadline approaching - If there is a due date

When you open a course, you see:

General information

  • Full description of the course
  • Learning objectives
  • Prerequisites (if any)
  • Instructor(s) with bio
  • Reviews from other students (if enabled)
  • Certificate - Certification information

Module and lesson structure

How progression works

Courses are organized hierarchically: 
Course
  |-- Module 1: Introduction
  |   |-- Lesson 1.1: Welcome
  |   |-- Lesson 1.2: Basic concepts
  |   |-- Lesson 1.3: First steps
  |-- Module 2: Fundamentals
  |   |-- Lesson 2.1: Theory

Lock types (if configured)

Some courses may have sequential progression:
  • Unlocked lesson - Can be watched at any time
  • Locked lesson - Requires completing previous lessons
  • Scheduled unlock - Will be unlocked on a specific date
When a lesson is locked, you will see the requirements to unlock it (e.g., “Complete the previous lesson”)

Quick actions on the course

Mark as favorite

Important courses can be favorited:

Click the star icon

On the course card or the course page

Course added to favorites

It will appear in the “Favorites” filter

Share course (if enabled)

  • Direct link - Copy the link to share
  • Social media - Share on social platforms

Rate course (if enabled)

After completing or during the course:

Click 'Rate course'

On the main course page

Give your rating

Rate from 1 to 5 stars

Tracking progress

Progress bar

The bar visually shows:
  • Percentage - 0% to 100%
  • Completed lessons - X of Y lessons
  • Time invested - Hours watched
  • Remaining time - Estimated time to completion

Activity history

See when you:
  • Watched each lesson
  • Completed modules
  • Took quizzes
  • Earned certificates

Downloading materials

Course files

If the instructor has provided them:

Go to the 'Resources' tab

On the course page

View the file list

PDFs, slides, code, etc.

Click to download

Individual or batch download (if available)
Some files may only be available within specific lessons

Organization tips

Mark as favorite:
  • Courses you are currently focusing on
  • Courses with upcoming deadlines
  • Courses you want to review frequently
If you have many courses:
  1. Filter by “Not started”
  2. Choose 1-2 to focus on
  3. Complete them before starting others
Focus is better than spreading yourself thin!
The platform remembers where you stopped:
  • In the middle of a video lesson
  • Which lesson to watch next
  • Half-finished quizzes
Use this to easily resume!
If courses have a due date:
  • Sort by “Nearest deadline”
  • Prioritize courses with urgency badges
  • Configure deadline notifications

Common issues

Reasons for locking:
  • Previous lesson not completed
  • Required quiz not taken
  • Unlock date has not arrived yet
Solution:
  • Complete the requirements shown on screen
  • Wait for the unlock date
  • Contact the instructor if there is an error
Possible causes:
  • Course was unpublished by the instructor
  • Your access was revoked
  • Sync issues
Solution:
  • Refresh the page (F5)
  • Contact the administrator/instructor
  • Check if you are still enrolled
Possible causes:
  • Browser cache
  • You did not fully complete the lesson
  • Sync issue
Solution:
  • Wait a few seconds and reload
  • Make sure you watch until the end
  • Clear your browser cache
