The activity log records all important actions performed on the platform, allowing administrators to track what’s happening in real time.Accessing
Go to Admin → Activities to view the complete timeline.What is recorded
The log captures actions such as:- Courses — Creation, editing, publishing and deletion of courses
- Lessons — Creation and editing of lessons and modules
- Members — New member registration, role changes
- Enrollments — Enrollment and cancellation of enrollments
- Practice exams — Creation and publishing of practice exams
- Certificates — Certificate issuance
- Settings — Platform setting changes
Filters
The activity list can be filtered by:- User type — Administrator, teacher or owner
- Period — Recent activities or specific time range
- Who performed the action (name and avatar)
- What was done (action description)
- When (relative date and time)
The activity log is visible only to administrators and platform owners.
