Student Monitoring
A dedicated tool to identify and track students who may be at risk of dropping out, with detailed information and intervention actions.Accessing
Go to Admin → Student Monitoring to view the monitored student list.Risk levels
Each student receives an automatic classification:| Level | Color | Criteria |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | Red | No access for 15+ days, 0% progress |
| High | Orange | Low lesson completion, little participation |
| Medium | Yellow | Declining engagement, reduced activity |
Per-student information
Clicking a student in the list opens a detail panel showing:- Engagement score (0 to 100) — Participation level summary
- Days since last access
- Progress in enrolled courses
- Completed lessons and completion rate
- Practice exam participation
- Comments and platform interactions
- Specific reasons explaining the risk classification
- Suggested actions for intervention
Intervention actions
For each at-risk student, the administrator can:- Send email directly with encouragement or guidance
- View full profile for detailed analysis
- Track evolution over time
Search and filters
The list supports:- Search by student name or email
- Filter by risk level (critical, high, medium)
- Pagination for platforms with many students
