Financial management

Manage your platform subscription, activate paid addons, and track invoices and payments.

Platform subscription

Each platform has a main subscription that controls access to base resources. The subscription can be in one of the following states:

Payment methods

The platform supports the following payment methods:
  • PIX - Instant payment via QR Code
  • Credit card - Recurring payments

Managing the subscription

Go to Admin -> Billing

View the current subscription status and billing period.

Review the details

Monthly amount, current period, renewal date, and active addons.

Available actions

Cancel or reactivate the subscription as needed.

Cancellation

When canceling the subscription:
  • You can choose to cancel at the end of the period (continue using until the renewal date)
  • Or cancel immediately
  • Cancellation reasons are recorded for feedback

Reactivation

If you canceled but changed your mind before the end of the period, you can reactivate the subscription without data loss. Addons are extra features with separate billing. Each addon has its own monthly price and can be activated or canceled independently.

How to activate an addon

Go to Admin -> Addons

View the list of available addons with price and description.

Click activate

For free addons, activation is instant. For paid ones, you will be redirected to checkout.

Confirm payment

Complete the payment via PIX or credit card.

Addon activated

The addon is automatically activated and becomes available on the platform.

Canceling an addon

When canceling a paid addon:
  • The addon is deactivated
  • The addon stops working on the platform
  • You can choose to cancel at the end of the period or immediately

Invoices

The system generates invoices for each charge. Each invoice includes:
  • Amount - Charged value
  • Status - Paid, pending, or canceled
  • Payment method - PIX or credit card
  • Payment date - When it was confirmed
  • Due date - Payment deadline
Only users with the owner or admin role can access and manage billing.

AI Credits

Beyond the main subscription, the platform offers AI credits for AI usage:

How it works

  • Each platform has a monthly credit limit included in the plan
  • Monthly credits renew automatically each cycle
  • Additional credits can be purchased as one-time packages
  • Purchased additional credits don’t expire

Buying extra credits

Go to Admin β†’ Billing

In the AI credits section, view your current balance.

Choose a package

See available packages with credit amounts and pricing.

Confirm the purchase

Pay via PIX or credit card. Credits are added immediately.

Monitoring consumption

The administrator can track:
  • Current balance of credits
  • Consumption in the current period
  • Monthly limit from the plan
  • Extra credits purchased
When credits run out, AI access is paused until the next cycle or additional credit purchase.
