General settings

Customize how the platform works according to your institution’s needs. Settings are organized in tabs within the admin panel.

Basic information

Go to Admin -> Settings to edit:
The platform name is used in all transactional emails and in the application header.

Custom domain

You can configure a custom domain (e.g., lms.yourcompany.com) so your platform has a professional URL.

How to configure

Access settings

Admin -> Settings -> General tab

Enter your domain

Type the desired domain (e.g., platform.company.com).

Configure DNS

Create a CNAME record in your DNS provider pointing to the domain provided by the platform.

Validate the domain

Click “Validate” to verify that the DNS is configured correctly.

Wait for propagation

DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours. The SSL certificate is generated automatically.
When removing a custom domain, the platform reverts to the default subdomain. Make sure to update any shared links.

Image customization

In the Customization tab, you can upload: All images are stored in Supabase Storage with a 1-hour cache.

Storage indicators

In the Indicators tab, you can view database usage statistics and platform storage.

Addons

Addons are extra platform features. To enable or disable them:
  1. Go to Admin -> Addons
  2. View the list of available addons with name, description, category, and price
  3. Activate free addons instantly
  4. For paid addons, follow the checkout flow
Active addons display a green status badge. You can cancel addons at any time.
