Creating and publishing documents
Write the content
Use the rich text editor to create the document. Supports formatting, lists, tables and links.
Configure the target
Define who needs to view or sign the document — all members or students of a specific course.
Management
The admin document list allows:- Filter by publication status (published or draft)
- Filter by target type
- Search by title text
- Track how many recipients have signed
For students
Digital signature
When a document requires acceptance, the student must confirm they’ve read and agree with the content.View pending documents
The list shows documents pending signature and already signed, with status filter.
PDF download
Documents can be exported and downloaded as PDF for printing or personal archiving.Audit trail
