Document Management

Free addon — Manage institutional documents such as terms of use, contracts and regulations. The system includes digital signatures with a complete audit trail.

For administrators

Creating and publishing documents

Access Documents

In the admin panel, click Documents then New document.

Write the content

Use the rich text editor to create the document. Supports formatting, lists, tables and links.

Configure the target

Define who needs to view or sign the document — all members or students of a specific course.

Publish

Upon publishing, recipients receive an automatic notification about the new document.

Management

The admin document list allows:
  • Filter by publication status (published or draft)
  • Filter by target type
  • Search by title text
  • Track how many recipients have signed

For students

Digital signature

When a document requires acceptance, the student must confirm they’ve read and agree with the content.

Access My Documents

In the sidebar, click My Documents.

View pending documents

The list shows documents pending signature and already signed, with status filter.

Read the document

Click the document to read the full content.

Sign digitally

Confirm acceptance. The system records the signature with date, time and audit information for traceability.

PDF download

Documents can be exported and downloaded as PDF for printing or personal archiving.

Audit trail

Each signature automatically records:

This data ensures traceability and non-repudiation for compliance purposes.

Automatic notifications

When a new document is published, recipients receive an automatic notification informing them about the pending document.
