Live Classes

Participate in real-time broadcasts with your teachers. Depending on what the teacher configured, the live class can happen in different formats.

How it works

Each live class goes through three states:
1

Scheduled

The teacher schedules the class. You’ll see a countdown timer with the scheduled date in your course.
2

Live

At the scheduled time, the teacher starts the broadcast. You receive a notification and can access the class.
3

Ended

After it ends, the class is marked as completed. If the teacher enabled recording, the content remains available for review.

Participating

Before the class

1

Check the schedule

Live classes appear on your dashboard and in the course lesson list with the “Live” indicator.
2

Receive the reminder

You get a notification before the scheduled time.
3

Get ready

Check your internet connection. If you plan to participate actively, test your microphone and camera.

During the class

Depending on the format chosen by the teacher, the experience may vary:
  • Integrated video conference — Opens directly on the platform with camera, microphone, chat and screen sharing. No installation needed.
  • YouTube Live — Integrated player with high-quality streaming and live chat.
  • External link (Google Meet, Zoom) — A new tab opens with the meeting link. Keep the platform tab open to record attendance.

Attendance check-in

Some live classes require mandatory check-in:
1

Access the class at the scheduled time

Click the live class in your course.
2

Confirm attendance

If check-in is required, click “Confirm attendance” to unlock access.
3

Watch the class

After check-in, the player is unlocked.
Check-in is configured by the teacher individually. Not all classes require confirmation.

Live classes and view limits

Live classes are exempt from view limits. Even if the course has view controls, live lessons don’t count.

Tips for a great experience

Use WiFi instead of mobile data. Close other bandwidth-consuming applications.
Use headphones for better quality. Keep your microphone muted when not speaking.
Join a few minutes early. If check-in is required, confirm attendance as soon as the class starts.

Common problems

Wait for the teacher to start the broadcast. Reload the page if needed.
Lower video quality, close other tabs and disable VPN if using one.
