Paid addon — A scheduling system for one-on-one tutoring sessions between students and teachers. Includes integrated video conferencing for live sessions.Overview
Tutoring allows teachers to set available hours for individual consultations, and students to book sessions during those hours. Sessions take place via video conferencing directly on the platform.For teachers
Setting availability
Set your weekly schedule
For each day of the week, configure:
- Start and end time (e.g., 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM)
- Session duration (15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes)
- Enable or disable each day
Add exceptions (optional)
Use Date Overrides to adjust specific dates:
- Available: Add extra slots for a specific date
- Blocked: Block an entire day (holiday, appointment)
Managing sessions
In the My Sessions tab, the teacher can view:- All booked sessions with student name, date, time and status
- Possible statuses: Scheduled, Completed, Cancelled
- Option to cancel sessions with a reason
During the session
When the scheduled time arrives:- Access the session on the platform
- Video conferencing starts automatically with camera, microphone and screen sharing
- Use the file sharing feature to send materials to the student during the session
- When finished, the session is marked as completed automatically
For students
Booking a session
Choose the teacher
On the tutoring page, see the list of teachers with availability. Select a teacher.
Choose the time
See available time slots for the selected date. Each slot shows start time and duration.
Depending on platform settings, you may need to book with minimum advance notice (e.g., 24 hours) and there’s a limit on simultaneous bookings per student.
Managing bookings
In the My Bookings tab, students can:- View all upcoming and past sessions
- Cancel future sessions (respecting the minimum cancellation notice)
- Join the video conference when the time arrives

General settings
Administrators and owners configure tutoring rules in the Settings tab:| Setting | Description |

| Max bookings per student | How many simultaneous sessions each student can have (1 to 20) |
| Minimum advance notice | How far ahead students must book (e.g., 24 hours) |
| Minimum cancellation notice | How far ahead students can cancel (e.g., 2 hours) |
Booking overview
In the All Bookings tab, administrators can view all platform sessions with filters by teacher and status.Session statuses

| Scheduled | Confirmed upcoming session |
| Completed | Session time has passed |
| Cancelled by student | Student cancelled before the deadline |
| Cancelled by teacher | Teacher cancelled the session |
